From a current nursery parent

My child has flourished since joining Busy Bees - he loves his nursery room, the music and dance class - and the outside playing area.  He also loves mixing with both the older and younger children who take advantage of the breakfast club and aftercare services. Having experienced the nursery, and seeing the level of education provided in the school I am planning on keeping my child at Grafton House through his school years.

I have one major complaint about Grafton House and that is the fact they only go up to 11 years of age. I love my daughters education here and would be elated if she could stay until she was 18. She is a year ahead of her age with reading and spelling.

I am an ex pupil, and am now going onto to college soon and I am predicted A's and A*, I came from a local school into Grafton who rapidly helped to get me to my full potential and ready for Grammar school.

I have just signed up my daughter for the Prep school, she has spent two years in the nursery and is well above average with everything. The school is small and has a great atmosphere. The children are like one big happy family. There is no way I could put her in a state school as she would never be getting the special education she will get here.

I cannot fault the staff on anything they are loving towards the children and show genuine affection. The Ofsted report for this place is very accurate, stating that the children are polite and well behaved. The school are very strict , rewarding and praising good behaviour, and the children's manners and the way they behave shows this is so true.

"My name is Esther and my two sons Samuel and Paul attend Grafton House Preparatory School. My very first impression about the school when I came to view was the warm and friendly welcome I received from the staff. This was a key factor to me as I wanted my children to learn with a family orientated atmosphere which the teachers provided.
The other factors which were important to me were:

The Christian ethos written on the prospectus as I also wanted a school that will cater for their spiritual need along with their social and education requirements.
The small class size was also very important to me especially at this elementary stage.
The teaching facilities available are almost second to none compared to the other private schools I have visited.

The cleanliness of the environment and the security equipment in place made it very safe.
Within the couple of years my sons have attended the school , I have observed them develop into very responsible knowledgeable children with a great deal of confidence and an ambition to aspire unto great achievements in the future.
