Grafton House Day Nursery is committed to providing high quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 11 years in a secure and caring atmosphere. Children are able to learn through play, and we are reflective practitioners of current EYFS curriculum guidance and legislation.

Our nursery offers early years education for children from 3 months until they are ready for school. Situated in The main Grafton Building the nursery enjoys excellent facilities including a secure garden.

As well as structured activities and stimulating play in line with the current EYFS guidelines , the children have fun with sports, making music, wet play, painting and exploring their creative talents. This helps them grow in self-confidence, they form friendships and begin to really enjoy learning.

Nursery Education Grant

We are able to offer a limited number of FREE grant places in our nursery once the children turn three years of age. The children will be able to access 15 hours per week funded by the local government.

These places are limited . To ensure you have a place for your child it is essential you complete a registration as soon as possible to guarantee a place. We are only able to guarantee a place once the registration form has been returned and acknowledged.

Graduation

All our children have a full graduation ceremony to mark the end of their pre school education . This is a memorable day and a wonderful way to celebrate the end of their nursery days and the start of their learning journey to school.
