Our Nursery…Little Grafter’s
Welcome to Little Grafters Day Nursery
Little Grafters is an innovative day nursery where our families are at the heart of all that we do.
We offer places for children from 3 months of age.
Little Grafters is committed to providing high quality care & education through play for children aged 3 months to 11 years in a secure & caring atmosphere. Children are encouraged to learn through play, we are reflective practitioners of current EYFS curriculum guidance & legislation.
All our families receive fantastic daily communication through our electronic diaries and are able to access their children’s learning online.

“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.” – Albert Einstein
Our nursery offers early years education for children from 3 months until they are ready for school. Situated in the main Grafton Building the nursery enjoys excellent facilities including a secure garden.
As well as structured activities and stimulating play in line with the current EYFS guidelines , the children have fun with sports, making music, wet play, painting and exploring their creative talents. This helps them grow in self-confidence, they form friendships and begin to really enjoy learning.
Nursery Education Grant
We are able to offer FREE grant places in our nursery once the children turn two or three years of age. The children will be able to access 15 hours per week funded by the local government.
These places are limited. To ensure you have a place for your child it is essential you complete a registration as soon as possible to guarantee a place. We are only able to reserve a place once the registration form has been returned and acknowledged.
All our children enjoy a full graduation ceremony to mark the end of their pre school education. This is a memorable day and a wonderful way to celebrate the end of their nursery days and the start of their learning journey to school.
